Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty Period

The warranty period for each product varies by brand. The warranty begins from the date of delivery of your original purchase.

Warranty After Replacement

In the event of a product replacement, the warranty coverage will continue based on the original purchase date. The warranty period is not reset with the replacement product.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be void under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged due to accidents, mishandling, improper use, or transit damage.
  • The product is tampered with, repaired, or modified by unauthorized service centers.
  • The product's serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced.
  • The serial number or model name on the warranty card does not match the product or has been altered in any way.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted for the following valid reasons:

  • Received wrong item
  • Damaged or faulty item
  • Missing accessories

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition. This means that all original labels, tags, security seals, and serial numbers must remain intact and not tampered with.
  2. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including but not limited to protective shields, plastic covers, product boxes, dust bags, accessories, and peripherals used to secure the product for shipping.
  3. Complete Set: If the item was purchased as a set, it must be returned as a complete set (no incomplete returns). All free gifts, accessories, documentation, and peripherals included within the product package (e.g., warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, etc.) must be included. If the product came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned.

Shipping Charges:

  • Under 7 Days: If you return an eligible item within 7 days of delivery, we will shoulder the return shipping fees, provided the item meets all return conditions.
  • Over 7 Days: If the return is requested after the 7-day period, we will not refund the shipping fees. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

Change of Mind Policy

  • Returns or exchanges due to "change of mind" are not accepted. "Change of mind" includes, but is not limited to:
    • Purchases made in error
    • Purchases that are incompatible with your needs or preferences
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your order included free items, all associated free items must be returned in order to receive a full refund. The retail value of the free items, as well as shipping charges, will be deducted from the refund.

Items Past Warranty Period

  • Returns for items beyond the warranty period will not be accepted.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened consumables (e.g., batteries, ink cartridges, film, paper, etc.)
  • Electronic software downloads
  • Select special-order items
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will, at our discretion, repair, exchange, or refund the item with the same model or a manufacturer's equivalent. Return shipping fees for defective or damaged items, once verified, will be reimbursed.

 

Important Notes on Eligibility

  • A valid receipt is required as proof of purchase to claim warranty services.
  • Defective items may be exchanged for the same model or an equivalent model from the manufacturer, at our discretion.
  • JG Superstore reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges in cases that do not meet our criteria.
  • JG Superstore, along with our partner Authorized Service Centers, will evaluate warranty claims in accordance with the conditions outlined above and may reject claims that do not meet the criteria.
