Important: A complete unboxing video is required for all return claims, as clearly stated on our packaging.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ensure the RA number is clearly labeled on the return package.

Replacement Policy
