We are implementing a new precautionary measure regarding the warranty for our Insta360 Camera units.
Beginning October 14, 2024, a Disclaimer tag will be placed on all camera unit boxes to inform customers about specific warranty condition. 

the warranty disclaimer tag serves to clarify the condition under which the warranty 
will be voided. Specifically, any external lens scratches or dents will result in the warranty 
being invalidated. This measure is intended to educate customers on proper handling techniques to ensure they maintain their warranty coverage.
